Education of Manajemen

Management is primarily a process of using resources effectivelly to achieve goal or purpose. The term is usually known in the economic management, which focuses on profit and commercial and commodities . Various of program implemented has given hope for the continuation and quality of education controlled Indonesia during the crisis. For one reason, its application in the preparation of school development plans, school-based management and basic concepts of school-based management.

First, the main goal of management is to improve the efficiency, quality, and equity of education. And its application in the preparation of school development plan that is how we can apply them in higher education-based. According to Pfof. H. Muhaimin, MA (2009) that education of management is applied in the development education of management. Indeed, it is an art and science of managing educational resources to achieve educational goals effectively and efficiently.

Next, the term management has many meanings, depending on the person who interpret it. School-based management is one of the government's efforts to achieve excellence in control the nation community science and technology. According to Drs. Amiruddin Siahaan, M. Pd (2006) that school-based management is a new alternative in management of education that is more about independence and creativity of school success indicators should be measured and perceived by the stakeholders of education in schools. 

Finally, means that management education as a process of cooperation in a systematic and comprehensive framework of achieving national education goals. Management or the management is an integral component and can not be separated from the educational process the overall. The reason is not possible without management educational goals can be realized in an optimal, effective and efficient.
